Where do I collect my products?

In the final stages of checkout you will be asked to select a collection point. Upon purchase you will be provided an email confirmation with the specific address for collection of your goods.

How do I collect my order?

Once paid in full you will receive an email confirmation releasing your order. Print this email and take it to the local collection point. For the safety of our customers’ products, no goods will be released without this receipt.

When can I collect my order?

The standard processing and delivery time for Click and Collect orders is 4 to 6 business days *. If the event that your order is ready early, you will be notified by email.

What happens if I am late for my collection?

Your order will be held free of charge for 5 business days. If needed, you can extend the collection period for a nominal fee. You must notify PROINSO if this extension is needed.

What happens if I don’t collect my order?

PROINSO will arrange the return of your order to our main hub. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the order is not collected.

The Click and Collect service is available all across South Africa.
